Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items from our collections, including:

  • Modest dresses
  • Resort 24 collection
  • Fall/Winter 23 collection

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bridal wear, intimate apparel, or any items with removed tags or signs of wear. All sale items are final purchase.

Return Process

  2. Wait for approval: Our Norwich team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Prepare your package: Include all original tags and packaging. We recommend using the original shipping box if possible.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of size or color within our current collections:

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
