Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over £50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our bridal, seasonal, or modest collections. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, our Norwich-based team is here to assist.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items from our collections, including:

  • Modest dresses
  • Resort 24 collection
  • Fall/Winter 23 collection

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bridal wear (from our Bridal collection)
  • Intimate apparel
  • Items with removed tags or signs of wear
  • All sale items (final purchase)

Return Process
